Mr. Vande Woude has over 33 years of financial services technology experience, predominately as a senior technology manager, CIO, or CTO focused on the development of next-generation electronic trading solutions. He has been extraordinarily successful in entrepreneurial, rapid-growth, and turnaround environments. As a consultant, Mr. Vande Woude has sourced and led numerous C-Level engagements in the New York City metropolitan area.
Prior to co-founding V4 Technology in 2015, Mr. Vande Woude served as a senior consultant and U.S. program manager on a multi-year IT infrastructure optimization initiative for a top-tier global bank. Project highlights include the virtualization of hundreds of critical business applications, the migration of stand-alone Oracle and SQL Server database instances to a utility environment, and the mass remediation of over 2,000 Windows 2003 servers. The net result of this project was a significant return of data center electricity and white space that increased the lifespan of the firm's aging data centers in the U.S. It ultimately served as a bridge to a 10-year, multi-billion-dollar data center collocation and technology outsourcing deal.
From July 1999 to November 2009, Mr. Vande Woude served as the CTO of Trading Edge, Global Head of Technology of MarketAxess, and CTO of Advanced Financial Applications. These three financial services start-ups focused on delivering and operating hosted electronic trading marketplaces and solutions. Mr. Vande Woude was instrumental in their growth and success that culminated, respectively, in an acquisition by a competitor, an initial public offering on the NASDAQ, and the sale of internally-developed intellectual property.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Vande Woude was a principal consultant at NorthStar Technologies. He also held senior technology roles at Bankers Trust, First Boston and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Vande Woude received a B.S. in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, and is an avid snowboarder.

Mr. Panjwani, CPA, is an entrepreneur and independent investor. Until 2014, he was the co-founder, chairman, and managing director of Omega Capital Advisory Services, a firm he started in 2007 to offer M&A and advisory services to middle-market companies in selected sectors, such as financial services, technology and infrastructure (real estate, telecommunications and retail).
In 2006, Mr. Panjwani, along with three partners, raised $57.5 million, creating a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) - Phoenix India Acquisition Corp. - to implement a roll-up strategy for service companies in India. Given the market conditions at that time, the funds were returned safely to investors in 2008 just before that year's financial meltdown.
In 2005, after a successful 18-year career at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Panjwani established his own venture, Epitome Global Services (www.epitomeglobalservices.com). Epitome is a financial services firm specializing in providing outsourced middle and back-office services to fund managers, fund administrators, hedge funds and funds of hedge funds. It also provides specialized services to auditors, investment research and financial services firms.
From October 1987 to April 2005, Mr. Panjwani worked at Morgan Stanley, where he served as a managing director from 1999. Nearly seven of those 18 years were spent in India. He was responsible for establishing Morgan Stanley's presence in India in 1994 in businesses such as institutional equities, custody, asset management, and investment banking. Subsequently, he played a significant role in negotiating Morgan Stanley's first ever joint venture with JM Financial. From 1999 to 2001, he was Morgan Stanley's India country representative and chief operating officer and looked after its interests in the joint venture. He also played a role in the IPO and capital raising efforts for technology firms like TCS, Aztec Software, Kanbay and Wipro, and of HDFC Bank’s ADR. Mr. Panjwani was responsible for fostering Morgan Stanley's IT outsourcing efforts and later headed Morgan Stanley's global offshore initiatives. He was largely responsible for conceiving and establishing Morgan Stanley's first 'Global Knowledge Center' in 2003, which globally supports knowledge-based services across institutional businesses and today employs over 1,400 people in India. Vikram Pandit, former head of Morgan Stanley's Global Institutional Business and former CEO of Citigroup, often referred to Raju as the “best execution guy” he knew.
Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Panjwani worked at Price Waterhouse and other CPA firms. He has been an independent director at Cemtrex Inc. since April 23, 2015. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors of the U.S. India Business Council in Washington, D.C., from October 2002 to April 2005.
He is also active in volunteer and community efforts as follows:
Founding Governing Board Member, United Way of Mumbai 2002 to 2007
Board Member, United Way International, USA 2000
Created the JM Morgan Stanley Foundation to help with Gujarat Earthquake Relief, 2004
Relief for tsunami victims. As a result of Raju's family having been swept away by the tsunami—and surviving—he set up, while on vacation in Sri Lanka, relief efforts for the village of Talpe near Galle, Sri Lanka.
